Wire Cutting Machine

The wire cutting machine is specialized in producing automotive parts, normalien, punches, dies, guide posts, guide bushes, guide pins, ejector pins, and sleeves, die buttons, bushes, ejector punches, guide bush, plugs, drill rods, ball cages, springs, block sets.

It is the most precise and common method for making die components. Wire EDM can cut nearly any conductive material. Tolerances of +/- .002mm can be held on our Sodick wire EDMs, which can accommodate parts of 330*240*230 mm Max.

Sodick EDM

Sodick EDM is the method of choice for difficult to machine materials and features that cannot be machined any other way. Tolerances of +/- .003mm can be held on our Makino Sinker EDM, which can accommodate parts of 450*300*320 mm Max.

CNC Machining Center

With a CNC machining center which works in high-speed upto 20,000 RPM, Taiyou precision is able to produce superior precision (±0.005mm), and can grind to even tighter tolerances. We can hard mill and hard turn materials in any heat treated condition, even when hardness is above Rc 60.

The max size we can operate is 1000*550*450mm. Tolerances of +/- .005mm can be held on our Gentiger CNC machining center. Our technician can operate two or more CNC machines simultaneously , allowing faster throughput and reduce human labor cost.

Surface Grinding

Surface grinding is used to produce a smooth finish on flat surfaces. It is a widely used in abrasive machining process which a spinning wheel covered in rough particles (grinding wheel) cuts chips of metallic or nonmetallic substance from a work piece, making a face of it flat or smooth.

Our automatic and manual surface grinders to easily handle a large variety of materials and hardness. Precision up to 0.002mm and max size we can handle is 800*600*200mm.

Laser Marking

Laser marking can produce a permanent mark and easily integrated into the production process.

Centerless Grinding

Centerless grinding does not require center holes, drivers or workhead fixtures. This allows high through-put since parts can be quickly inserted and removed from the process.
Max size we can hanle is 0.35~60mm in diameter and 600mm in length, precision up to 0.001mm..

Precision Cylindrical Grinding

Our precision cylindrical grinding processes include angle, contour, deep-hole, flat, high-speed, radii, taper and wet grinding.

Turning Machines

Our turning machines can feed material ranging from 1.0mm up to 320mm in diameter. We specialize in unique geometries such as face grooving, tapered turning, knurling, grooving, spherical radius, threading, drilling, precision turning, and boring with tolerances as close to +/- 0.005mm.
